Did you hear or see Chaos Theory when it was released to theatres? Nope, neither did I.

As a caveat for me even merely suggesting this movie to you, I have to let you know I have a compulsive desire to be entertained and give up at the slight hint of boredom. (Reflection on my dating life, much?) Umpteen books on my bookshelves with dog-eared pages are official signs of Where I Gave Up, and the sign of me giving up on a movie is deciding a nap is more refreshing and snoozing in the theatre.

So, I know, it’s kind of selfish when I spend my money, that I, like… want something out of it.

But, this movie made me literally laugh out loud and cry like a baby. Not many movies are capbable of the Eileen laugh/cry double play. The people at IMDB can summarise Chaos Theory better than me, and they say it’s “the story of an obsessively organized efficiency expert whose life unravels in unexpected ways when fate forces him to explore the serendipitous nature of love and forgiveness.

The point is, I think you should watch it.
